After graduating from Loughborough University, Kate spent 8 years developing a career in recruitment, specialising in senior roles for the financial technology market before co-founding Finiti Search. Kate is also a successful sportswoman, currently with National Hockey League champions, Leicester and previously having represented the England hockey team at U21 level.

Allie Jeacock, BA (Hons), DipM ACIM - Director & Principal Consultant
After graduating from Loughborough University, Allie established a 10 year career in the technology sector marketing software and services to the banking & financial services markets. Allie co-founded Finiti Search after qualifying as a professional marketeer in 2006.
